WINDSOR GIANTS REFUND POLICY

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the registration fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to play football and cheerleading.

Due to the fact that we must make decisions so far in advance, a registration fee refund, minus a $60 non-refundable processing fee per each participant, may be granted by the Windsor Giants Treasurer and/or Board of Directors. We must receive a written request for a registration refund on or before June 30th. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR REFUNDS IF WRITTEN REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 30TH OF THE REGISTRATION YEAR. Requests for refunds should be mailed to Windsor Giants, PO Box 361, Windsor, CT 06095.

NO REFUND FOR REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE GRANTED FOR REQUESTS POSTMARKED ON OR AFTER JULY 1ST.
