Appropriate dress during practice, games and events will help assure the safety of cheerleaders and their team members.  Please come dressed to work out!! Inappropriate dress will result in sitting out practice and will be counted as a tardy.
 

    1. PRACTICES-

1. Water  bottle
2. T-shirts or tank top long enough to tuck in.  No spaghetti straps
3. Stretch shorts or athletic pants.  No denim or materials that are considered “slippery”.
4.  Socks and sneakers/athletic shoes must be laced up with good support/fit.
5. Jewelry is not permitted during any cheer event.  This includes ear studs and other body piercings. 
6. No fake fingernails or colored nail polish.  Clear polish is acceptable
7. Hair must be pulled up off of shoulders.  Hair ties must not contain any metal or hard plastic ornaments.  No decorative hair ornaments or plastic barrettes are allowed.
   
   

     2.  GAMES-
Cheerleaders should come to games with all team attire.  It is up to the coach’s discretion which items the team will wear.   The coach will inform the team ahead of time of what they are to wear.  Cheerleaders should bring all other items to the game in their own personal ‘cheer’ bag .

1. Water bottle

3. Maroon bloomers
4. Skirt/vest uniform
5. Warm up jacket and pants
6. White ankle high sock
7. White sneakers/athletic lace-up shoes (Not competition shoes)
8. No Jewelry, fake nails or colored nail polish.  Clear polish is acceptable
9. Maroon and/or White hair ribbons. 

 
     3.  COMPETITION-
Cheerleaders should come to games will all team attire.  The coach will inform the team ahead of time of what they are to wear.  Cheerleaders should bring a small personal bag (sandwich size) with personal items, money, etc.). No coats or other items are permitted.

1. White body suit
2. Maroon bloomers
3. Skirt/vest uniform
4. Warm up jacket and pants
5. White competition socks with maroon band.
6. White sneakers/athletic lace-up shoes (Not competition shoes)
7.  No Jewelry, fake nails or polish
8. Maroon and/or White competition ribbons will be distributed to the team.

 
Note:  Hair must be pulled up off shoulders at all times.  Gum chewing and candy are never permitted.  Coaches will not hold jewelry or personal belongings for cheerleaders and are not responsible for lost items.
